Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on product type and packaging. Stock formulas allow lower starting quantities; custom formulations require higher volumes due to pilot production and testing costs. Request a quote for exact figures.
How long does sampling take?
For stock formulas usually within a few days; for custom formulations we deliver samples within 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
Which certificates and tests do you work with?
We manufacture in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); products undergo stability and microbiology testing, INCI lists and labels are prepared per regulations, and required export certificates are provided.
Can you manufacture our own formula?
Yes. We can produce your formula under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or improve your existing formula with our R&D team if you wish.
Do you support export?
Yes. As a manufacturer actively exporting to 25 countries, we are experienced in documentation, certification and logistics.
