Production & Filling Lines

R&D Laboratory
Formulation development, scale-up validation, stability and compatibility studies are all run in our own laboratory.
Quality Control
Checks at every stage from raw material intake to finished goods: organoleptic testing, microbiology, fill and label verification, batch quarantine and release.
Warehouse & Logistics
Raw material, packaging and finished goods warehouses are managed separately; stock rotates on the FEFO (first-expired-first-out) principle.
Equipment & Maintenance
Production equipment undergoes periodic calibration and cleaning validation; all records are tracked digitally.
Digital Infrastructure
Production, quality and warehouse processes run end-to-end on our in-house ERP — paperless, traceable, audit-ready.
